We are open Mondays 8-6, Wednesdays 8-5, Thursdays 8-5, and Fridays 9-5. We are closed on Tuesdays and weekends.

New patient appointments are 40 minutes. All other appointments are 20 minutes.

No, we currently have an appointment-only practice. However, you are welcome to call our office to see if there are any last minute openings. We schedule patients in back-to-back, 20-minute blocks. Therefore, when Dr. Burnley’s schedule is full, there is usually not room to “squeeze in” patients between appointments. Dr. Burnley has chosen a way of practice that allows him to spend more time with each patient and provide personalized care. We have a family atmosphere and like to get to know our patients well!

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. We are In Network with BlueCross BlueShield. Others will be considered Out of Network. If you have a BlueCross BlueShield HMO plan, you will need to get a referral from your Primary Care Physician prior to your new patient visit at our clinic. We are not a participating provider with Medicare or Medicaid.

Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to bring them with you to your appointment. We encourage a fun, friendly, and stress-free atmosphere. However, for their safety and out of respect for other patients being treated, young children may not be left in our waiting room without a parent or guardian present.

Yes, we welcome patients of all ages! Dr. Burnley has treated patients as young as a few minutes old.

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Ladies, please wear shorts or pants to your appointment (no skirts or dresses, please). Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, or fragrant lotions.
